No Fail Banana Bread

My go to, can’t mess it up, Banana Bread recipe! 3 ingredients make this the easiest bread you’ve ever made! So moist and tasty, it’s a fan favorite! What I love about this is if you have a last-minute event or guest stopping by it’s simple enough to make in a hurry. If you are like me, we always have bananas, lol, so once they start going brown, I just peel and place them in a plastic bag, squish them and freeze them for the next time I am making banana bread. 3-4 ripe bananas

1 box of yellow, spice, or butter cake mix

2 large eggs

Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips or nuts (I like to gently lay the chips or nuts on the top layer of the batter)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Smash bananas in a large bowl then add 1 box cake mix and 2 large eggs

Spray 2 small or 1 large loaf pan with a non-stick spray

Fill pan(s) with batter, ¾ full

Bake for 30-40 minutes – you might need more time if using 1 loaf pan or a large loaf pan
